Frank Turner, Health Matters - Jet Lag

Broadcast on:
9 August, 2016

UK musician Frank Turner and his band The Sleeping Souls are known for their blistering, high-energy concerts - and for touring relentlessly. Turner has written a book about the touring life called "The Road Beneath My Feet". He stopped off at the Gurtenfestival in Bern and the Stimmen-Festival in Lörrach in July 2016 (show no. 1'932). Catch him in Winterthur at the Musikfestwochen on August 28th - very much worth going to see! At the Stimmen-Festival, Anna talked to him about the joys and pitfalls of touring, as well as finding inspiration on the road. Listen to the extended interview here.

As many of us are jetting off on our travels this vacation season, Dr Michelle Wright is joined again by sleep specialist Dr Susan Higgins to talk about jet lag including its effects and its prevention. Listen to the segment again here.
