Our "Queen of Green" Carrie Aikman talks Christmas presents! If there’s anything that threatens to get her all “bah-humbug,” it’s the accumulation of stuff. And yet the tradition of exchanging gifts is so rooted in our culture, and we have such happy memories associated with Christmas, that it’s difficult to come to terms with the consumerism that comes with this holiday. It’s an environmentalist’s nightmare! Well, several years ago, Carrie came up with a solution and began spreading the word among her gift-giving family.
