Therwil Flyers advance to the Championship Finals
The Flyers were staring elimination in the face after losing the first two games to the Luzern Eagles in the semi-finals.
Therwil never gave up and won the following two games before their final matchup last Saturday.
The Flyers took an early lead and continued to pile on the runs at will against their opponents. Therwil won the fifth and deciding game with a score of 11-4.
The Flyers will face the Zürich Challengers in the best of five championship series. The first two games will take place on Saturday and Sunday at the Therwil Känelmatt. Both matches begin at 2pm.
