The Therwil Flyers and Zürich Challengers force game 5!

The Flyers were looking to put away the Challengers after trouncing them in the third game with a score of 18-5.

Both teams traveled to Zürich in a must win game for the Challengers.  Zürich took a commanding 6 run lead in the bottom of the eighth inning.

The Flyers did not go away quietly however.  David Castillo drilled a two run double in the top of the ninth inning.

Castillo and Rafael Eigenmann both scored on a throwing error and brought their team within two runs.

Stefan Koller ended the game when he hit into a double play.  The Challengers held on to win the game with a score of 6-4.

The fifth and deciding game in the championship series will take place this Saturday in Therwil at 2pm.
