School, September, Superior Snapshots

School is back in session, work vacations are in the past, and temperatures are beginning to dip. This week on The English Show we celebrate September and still try to hold on to the last bit of summer. In our culture calendar, we highlight some fun indoor and outdoor events. Soak up the last rays of summer sun, or hide in a cool movie theater if the heat comes roaring back for one last hoorah. 

As you're looking back on vacation photos or lining the kids up for portraits in their school outfits, you may wish you could take better photos. Our Gadget Guru is here to help. This time the Ian needs to ditch the iPhone for taking photos. The smartphone may have increased the quantity of photos being taken, but not necessarily the quality. So, he looks for an ‘old fashioned’ digital camera to create better photos.
