With the holidays coming up, many of us get stressed trying to prepare for it all. Mindset and empowerment coach Karin Mohler from CaminoMeCoaching came in to give us advice on how to make the weeks before Christmas less stressful. Using techniques such as box breathing, virtual PJ parties with bubbly in hand, or delegating Christmas to-dos, which can be a joint venture – it can all be fun if you choose to add a bit of good old-fashioned silliness.
