Artist Natalie Corman - Solo Show; Sustainable Living - Social Entrepreneur Opportunities
Natalie Corman, artist from Riehen, joined us in the studio. Natalie uses acrylic to paint based on the photographic images she takes, using a technique called “cloisonné”. The paintings tend to be large (some approaching 180 x 100 cm), monochromatic and focused on Basel-based themes. Her work has been featured by Front Of Bicycle pop-up exhibitions and will be featured at an upcoming solo show at the Hirscheneck in Basel - the opening will be on November 16th from 6 p.m., and the exhibition will run for two months. Working from her atelier (which is open to the public by appointment) in Riehen, Natalie's works can also be seen on Facebook and on her website. Listen to the interview here.
Carrie Aikman, the Queen of Green, came into the studio tonight with a plethora of info! Are you a social entrepreneur looking to scale up your business? Want to get involved in action against climate change? Solutions and opportunities abound, and not a moment too soon...
