Nina Bradlin & Mike Low, Gadget Guru - Consumer Electronics Show

Broadcast on:
28 January, 2020

Nina Bradlin, a Basel-based chanteuse, was back in the studio with us to promote her new album "Home Again" as well as the album launch concert, which is at Parterre One. She brought along Mike Low, another Basel-based singer/songwriter who will take the stage after her show to perform a high-energy rock set. Nina is originally from Detroit, and her new album is focused on feeling and finding your home again wherever that may be, and everything that goes with it. From "Home Again" we heard the funky blues track "Uncle Harry Was a Ladies Man". Go see the show at Parterre One on 6 February. Look for Nina Bradlin's album as well, which will be released on Spotify, Apple Music, etc. on the day of her show. Listen to the interview here.

On this month's show, Ian the Gadget Guru takes a look at two rather strange robots on display at the Consumer Electronics Show in Las Vegas. Proctor & Gamble has a robot that can help you with that most difficult of situations, while start-up TomBot has something to calm you down and bring a smile to your face. For more details, listen to the segment here.
