Having started out in the Frankfurt electronic music scene, Booka Shade are now based in Berlin. The duo - consisting of Walter Merziger and Arno Kammermeier - have emerged as one of the pioneering electronic music acts of the past two decades. Booka Shade released their fifth studio album Eve in November 2013. Just before their set at the Gurtenfestival 2014, Booka Shade told us about their label, remixing and the daunting prospect of opening for Depeche Mode. Listen to the interview again here.

Rob Stuart came in to talk about Blue Ruin, Jersey Boys and 22 Jump Street. He also told us about the stars at the Locarno Film Festival and Luc Besson's opener Lucy, starring Scarlett Johansson, as well as Juliette Binoche in Sils Maria. Still showing in cinemas and worth seeing at Studio Central are The Two Faces of January and The Grand Budapest Hotel. And don't forget: the open air Orange Cinema is starting this week, on August 7th, so check what's on and book your seats!
