Mojo Train, Oxjam

We had a blast in the studio this week! We love having musicians come in and play live - this time it was Mojo Train, who regaled us with their rousing blues-rock. Mojo Train are three Germans, an American and a Canadian who have been together for 15 years. They perform all around the three-country region of France, Switzerland and Germany - you can often catch them at Pickwicks and Paddy Reilly's in Basel. Lee Smith and Ann-Marie Cavanagh visited the show and talked about the upcoming Oxjam event in Basel on 8th November at Ostquai. Oxjam began in 2006, with the aim of creating a network of music-loving people with a shared goal to fight poverty. Playing live at the event you'll have Under the bridge, a Basel-based jazz band, Marcie Collinson, who is a singer/songwriter from the Basel group The Oh No`s, and also joining us is Nina Kray from the UK. Tickets need to be purchased in advance via the Oxjam event website on Facebook.
