More chat with Swiss bands in today's show! me.man.machine are a collective of experienced musicians from Zug who have been around since October 2010. Only six months after forming, the band had turned their ideas into more than 20 songs. The resulting album reviver was released in November 2012. Singer Roland and keyboarder Marco told Jen about the magic of making music and mixing the album with producer Gareth Jones. Check them out at the Galvanik in Zug on October 18th! Listen to the interview again here.

Berne five-piece Cachét talked to Jen about what inspires them, as well as how it was to appear on Swiss television in a live battle with a rapper. "Cachét", a word originating in the French language and now used in Berne Swiss-German, is what the band aims to achieve with their music - to create an atmosphere which makes the listener feel welcome. They certainly managed to do this at the Gurtenfestival a couple of weeks ago and will no doubt do it again at Méli Mélo in Frick on October 5th. Listen to the interview again here.

And finally, biologist Adrian Baumeyer took time out of his job as curator at Basel's Zoo to tell us just how all the animals (including the elephants) manage in this hot weather. As Andrew found out, there's more than one way to keep cool when the going gets hot! Listen to the interview again here.
