Ulpu Mäenpaa, Trailing Spouses, Red Cross

This weeks show was not only full of interesting interviews, but also with a couple of new voices.  Elise Metcalf joined the show to make part of a series called "Trailing Spouses" and this week she interviews an ex-Finnish current affairs presenter who lives in Basel.

Emily, recently arrived to the balmy shores of Basel from Detroit, came along to the show to check it out. So we immediately gave her some notes, a microphone and after an indepth 3 seconds of training brings you the Over The Borders Cultural Calender.

Ulpu Mäenpaa, founder and uber fit Finnish ex army fitness trainer, joins us to tell you about her high intensive fitness programme "Boot Camp Basel". Will Kiwi Jon survive the Boot Camp training session next Monday night?
