Did you know that Switzerland has around 65'000 kilometres of hiking trails? That's about 1.5 times the circumference of the earth! A huge number of municipalities and volunteer organisations maintain the hiking trails and offer hikes in all the cantons.

Gaynor Dunraven interviewed L.A.-based celebrity & fashion photographer Markus Klinko at the Licht Feld Gallery Basel. Klinko is Swiss-born and -bred, but has lived abroad for many years. That did not stop him from returning to his home country to open his exclusive photography exhibition devoted entirely to David Bowie, with photographs taken for the "Heathen" album. A beautiful exhibition and good chance to see big-format Bowie photographs right here in Basel.
