Did you know that Switzerland has around 65'000 kilometres of hiking trails? That's about 1.5 times the circumference of the earth! A huge number of municipalities and volunteer organisations maintain the hiking trails and offer hikes in all the cantons.

Jeremy Loops is a South African singer and songwriter whose debut album Trading Change made a huge splash in his native country in 2014. He released the album in the US and in Europe a year later and has been touring relentlessly since. He stopped off at Bern's Gurtenfestival in July 2016 to talk to Anna about his connection to Switzerland, choosing your path in life, and the joys and perils of relying on technology when playing live.
