Happie Zero Waste - Dennis Beemsterboer - April 2022

Happie Zero Waste is a Basel start-up focused on home delivery of ready-to-prepare meals featuring locally-sourced, organic food products. This way, they implement a sustainability-oriented supply-chain business model (No Waste!). It may sound "high-concept", but it is really quite simple: Dutch guys on bikes have teamed up with a Chef de Cuisine to plan meals using seasonal products that are delivered straight to your door, ready to cook. The prices are compelling, too, when you consider all the benefits and, of course, the great food.
