Lawrence Pawelzik of Atlantis Basel stopped by to talk about this season's line-up of musical programming. In case you've never been to Atlantis, it is a cozy restaurant with a stage functioning as a live music venue. Close to Heuwaage, in the city center, it has been bringing live performances to Basel since 1947. This concert season 2019 will feature almost 100 acts year-round, on Tuesdays through Saturdays, featuring rock, blues, funk and jazz. On 23 October 2019, they'll be hosting a Cajun Festival, featuring the musical stylings of Joe Hall & The Canecutters, Dwight 'Blackcat' Carrier Band and Michael Juan Nunez, plus a Cajun Menu all day and night.
