Error 404 Band at Parterre Basel

ERROR 404 means Partymusik and Crazyness! The international recording of wind instruments with drums and vocals has gathered in Basel and has already played numerous stages with its own mix of Balkan, funk and jazz sounds.

The nine members of this extravagant troupe are from Hungary, Germany, France, the Canary Islands and also from Switzerland. They bring both classical and jazz know-how and various national music styles. A major focus of the developed repertoire is the improvisation, which clearly distinguishes ERROR 404 from some conventional brass bands. The stage shows are energetic, enthralling and extremely dangling.

The band was founded in 2012 by the tubist and sousaphone player Victor Hege, Who came to the Basel Music Academy in 2010 from southern France. Since the beginnings on the street as a street band, which still characterizes the formation, much has happened. His own arrangements were written, concepts were elaborated and the performances were varied from time to time, until finally a powervolle brass band in American style.
