BitFabrik – Kids' Programming Club at HeK
Shaping the digital world! As part of the programming club of HeK, which takes place once a month on a Saturday, teenagers between the ages of 9 and 14 explore the world of digital technology and realise their own projects.
Creating an interactive cuddly toy? Providing the room door with a ring tone? Programming robots? Designing a set of GIF animations for the next WhatsApp chat? Building a Jump'n'Run game for your neighbourhood? Join HeK’s club of tinkerers!
Under expert guidance, children and young people between the ages of nine and fourteen explore the world of digital technology and turn their own ideas into projects. The participants look behind the scenes of algorithms, learn to understand and influence codes, discover the creative potential of new technologies and practise a reflective approach to media content.
The workshops take place in German, however, French- and English-speaking participants are welcome.
The programming club takes place one Saturday afternoon per month.
